Position Title: Enhancement Manager
Position Summary
The Enhancement Manager is responsible for identifying, estimating, selling, coordinating, and overseeing landscape enhancement projects for existing maintenance clients. This role works closely with Account Managers, Branch Leadership, and Production teams to improve client properties while generating profitable enhancement revenue.
The Enhancement Manager serves as the primary point of contact for enhancement opportunities including seasonal color, plant replacements, mulch installations, drainage improvements, landscape renovations, tree installations, and other property improvements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Enhancement Sales & Business Development
- Identify enhancement opportunities during property visits and client interactions.
- Develop enhancement recommendations that improve property appearance, safety, and functionality.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and scopes of work.
- Present enhancement recommendations to clients and property managers.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain sales pipeline activity.
- Achieve branch enhancement revenue and gross margin goals.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate approved enhancement work with operations teams.
- Schedule labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project schedules and updates to clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and property managers.
- Conduct property inspections to identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns related to enhancement projects.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Financial Management
- Ensure enhancement projects meet profitability goals.
- Review job costing and project performance.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting enhancement revenue.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of commercial landscape experience.
- Experience estimating landscape projects.
- Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation, and landscape construction practices.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- Commercial landscape enhancement sales experience.
- Aspire experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
