Position Overview:
The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance services, and supporting field operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and works closely with internal teams to deliver superior results that align with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for assigned commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
• Oversee landscape maintenance operations to ensure contract compliance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and prepare proposals for additional services.
• Partner with production managers and crews to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance services efficiently.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Assist in the training and development of field staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Support company initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and landscape management software (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
