The Operation Manager leads the company's day-to-day operations to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. This
role is responsible for ensuring that the company's goals, objectives, and mission are carried out through daily operations and client

Essential Functions:
Lead, Manage, Accountability – Integrity at our core,

Operational Oversight
Lead day-to-day construction operations, ensuring
projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within
budget.
Resource Management
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and
subcontractors to maximize productivity and minimize
downtime.
Team Leadership & Development
Hire, train, and mentor field leadership to promote
accountability, efficiency, and a strong safety culture.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Enforce company standards, safety policies, and contract
specifications through regular jobsite audits and
coaching.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor production metrics, job costs, and WIP data in
Aspire; report performance trends and corrective actions
to the Vice President of Construction.
Responsibilities:
• Training and mentoring team members
• Reviewing subcontract agreements
• Project Site Visits/Meetings
• Developing Relationships with Vendors and Clients
• Reviewing/Maintaining Project Schedules
• Reviewing Project Performance with team
• Oversee use of Autodesk
• WIP Updates
• Conflict Resolution – Internal and External
• Driving Change Order Creation
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in leading teams
• 5+ years in an operational role
• Irrigation License Preferred
• Proficient with computer systems (ie. Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk, ProEst, etc.)

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
