We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Wholesale Manager to join the team at Earthtones Greenery. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our wholesale operations, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through effective relationship management and innovative strategies. Your expertise will be key in optimizing our wholesale partnerships and ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive wholesale strategies that align with overall business goals and drive sales growth across multiple channels.
  • Manage relationships with key wholesale partners, ensuring optimal performance while fostering long-term collaborations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
  • Oversee the entire wholesale process, from order management to inventory control, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to wholesale clients.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the wholesale division.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale management or related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale landscape, including market dynamics and key players.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts and agreements.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the Landscaping Industry sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and wholesale management systems to track sales metrics and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools to derive actionable insights from sales performance data.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
